A little about me

Hi, I’m Laura — so lovely to meet you

I’m the founder of Laura Collins Holistic Therapies, and for over twenty years I’ve dedicated my life to helping people feel better — through healthcare, meditation, energy healing and holistic therapies. My whole approach is guided by one simple belief: everyone deserves the chance to slow down, feel supported and reconnect with themselves.

As a qualified holistic therapist and Reiki Master, I combine professional training with a warm, personal approach. My peaceful garden clinic in Kilteragh was created to be a true sanctuary — a place to leave the world at the door and be gently cared for. Whatever you’re carrying, you’ll always be met with kindness here.

The Indian head massage melted away weeks of tension in my neck and shoulders. Laura is warm, professional and genuinely cares. My monthly treat to myself.
